Erick Chrispin

Erick Chrispin is a founder and Managing Director for TrueMaisha Consulting Group Ltd, an avid and experienced professional trainer and consultant in Business, Organizational and Personal development programs to corporate companies, NGOs, associations and public institutions.

For 12 years Erick Chrispin has been working partly as an employee trainer, leader and freelance consultant to local and international organizations such as: Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF) as a project implementing partner through TrueMaisha in Tanzania, MS-ActionAid Denmark, Population Services International (PSI), European Investment Bank (EIB) TA project in East Africa through AFC Agriculture & Finance Consultants as a Short Term Expert (STA) and MSME training specialist and coordinator in Tanzania through which he worked with many corporate companies in Tanzania such as NMB Bank, AccessBank Tanzania, Bank of Africa Tanzania and KCB Bank Tanzania few to mention. He is also a founder of Tanzania Social Entrepreneurship Forum (TASEF) and TrueMaisha Managers Gala. Erick is an author of his popular book titled Tabia 5 za watu waliofanikiwa (5 habits of successful people). Erick Chrispin is well known for being a successful and vibrant communicator in all the trainings and key note speaking he delivers. He is a sociologist and anthropologist majored in social policy planning and administration from The University of Dar es salaam Tanzania 2010 and pursued a number of business development service training programs in the University of Dar es salaam Business school (UDBS) during his service at University of Dar es salaam Entrepreneurship Center (UDEC).
